How to apply the patch?
- 🔥 Iron-On Application - Suitable for cotton, denim, canvas, and similar heat-resistant fabrics. Always follow the recommended temperature and application instructions.
- 🧵 Leather & Nylon - For leather, nylon, polyester, waterproof fabrics, and similar materials, sewing is recommended. Do not rely on heat application alone.
- 💪 Maximum Durability - For the strongest and longest-lasting hold, CometCloud® recommends stitching the patch after ironing, even on compatible fabrics.
- 🧪 Test First - Always test the application process on a small, hidden area of the garment before applying the patch.
- ⚠️ Application Responsibility -Application methods and fabric types vary. Customers are responsible for applying the patch correctly and following the recommended instructions.
- 📌 Liability Disclaimer -CometCloud® is not responsible for damage to garments, fabrics, or patches resulting from incorrect application, excessive heat, unsuitable materials, improper stitching, or failure to follow the recommended application guidelines.
What is the shipping & return policy?

- 🔄 Hassle-Free Damaged Product Replacement – If your order arrives damaged during transit, we will arrange a free pickup and replacement at no additional cost.
- 🎥 Unboxing Video Required – To process any damaged product claim, an uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from before opening the package until the product is fully visible is mandatory. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
- 📩 Easy Support – Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and unboxing video, and we will take care of the rest.
When Will I Receive My Order?
